Why is my Bluetooth not working in my Mazda CX-5? ›

If your Mazda Bluetooth is not working, there are a few things you can check. First, make sure that your phone is compatible with Mazda Connect. If it is, then try restarting your phone and the Mazda Connect system. If that doesn't work, then you may need to delete the Bluetooth connection and start over.

If you see this light, it means that you've reached your preset maintenance period, or it's time to replace your engine oil. Whether you've seen the Wrench Indicator Light or not, keep in mind that you should never go more than 12 months or 7,500 miles (whichever comes first) without an oil change.

Press and hold down the audio system power button for at least 10 seconds. Use a paper clip or ballpoint pen to press the “system reset button.” The exact location varies by model and year, but it's a small and unmarked hole that's often near the volume knob. Wait a few minutes for the system to power back on.
